1. The Brave Share

Ask: “What’s something that feels a little scary to say out loud — but true about you?”


Examples: “I get nervous before games,” “I miss my old school,” “I’m afraid to mess up.”


Explain: “That’s called being vulnerable — it’s brave honesty.”


2. The Armor Off Activity

Draw a simple outline of a person wearing “armor.” Inside, have kids write things they hide (like feelings, fears, or mistakes).


Then erase or cross out pieces of armor as they share one thing safely.


Say: “When we take off our armor, we make space for connection and trust.”


3. The Secret Strength

Ask: “Can you think of a time you shared something hard — and it actually helped someone else?”


Explain: “Being real isn’t weakness — it’s what gives others courage to be real too.”
