What you have to understand is, these coaches are sowing the seeds of the tree that will bear fruit in years to come- learning how to manage emotions, failure/success - Coach Ryan and Ben have so much energy, and compassion. They are real in terms of - when they have "their moments" they let the kids know- that even s an adult "Its OK" .. and how to best manage it. Love this a tonne.
