A: Yes! One Zoom link covers your entire building. Every classroom can join at the same time.
Q: How often are assemblies offered?
A: Assemblies are offered every week day during the school year. With a package, your school can choose the dates that fit best.
Q: What happens if we need to reschedule?
A: We can reschedule with you at no additional cost. Simply pick a new date that works for your school.
Q: What grade levels are these Assemblies designed for?
A: Work-Ins are built for elementary (K–5).
Q: How do we choose our assembly dates?
A: We'll send you a calendar link to pick your date(s). You simply pick the dates that work best for your school and then you'll receive zoom links for all your sessions as well as event reminders the week of.
Q: What's your refund policy?
A: If you aren't pleased with the experience for any reason we'll issue you a 100% refund, no questions asked.
Q: How long is each assembly?
A: Each live session runs 30 minutes. Enough to energize students without taking over your day.
Q: What technology do we need?
A: Just a stable internet connection and a projector or screen with speakers so students can move and follow along.
Q: How do scholarships work?
