1. Joy Hunt
Ask: “What’s one small thing that made you smile today?” It could be a funny moment, a sound, or something they saw. This trains kids to notice everyday joy.
2. Share the Spark
Prompt: “Who’s someone you could make smile right now?” Act on it! Share some kind words, make a funny face, or a kind message or joke with them — then reflect on how giving joy feels.
3. Move with Joy
Play a favorite upbeat song and have everyone do a silly movement or dance together for 30 seconds or 1 minute. Talk afterward: “How did that quick burst of fun change your mood?”
